I loved the location of this motel in relation to the beach. Not spending a lot of money on the stay and proximity to the water were the most important things and it was great! The staff was great and helped us out with getting a room for another night to extend our stay! The beds were nice, rooms were clean, and overall we had a great time!. We loved the cost efficiency and the kitchen to be able to save money. Also access to the beach was awesome. Housekeeping cleaned everyday which was nice.

There was not much to like besides the location of this hotel. The staff was fair but most did not speak english or try to help you. It was oceanfront and the cops were there very fast for all the fights. I liked that it was right on the beach. We did like the lay out of the suite. the beach was right there. It was on the ocean. Close to the beach. On the water. Nothing. Night staff not good at enforcing the 11 o'clock quiet time. People swimming all hours of the night and kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. The pool was too cold!. Other guests were a little noisy in the middle of the night. Air wasnt in front room. I was unaware that all the rooms were smoking rooms. House keeping did offer to spray the room. But for the price can't complain. tv had no power button an my room was not the cleanest dirt and dust was in the lights and Windows. Limited parking, no weight room and there was no microwave in my room. Not clean. Parking and need more oceanfront rooms. No coffee in the room. It was not as dirty as I had expected but it was still dirtier than I would have liked. And staff was a little cold to the guest. When we got there our room was on the 5th floor n the elevater was not working. We didn't have a microwave in our room n there was suppose to b one. They dryer took 3 time to dry n still didn't dry. We are a family of five n one of our kids is special needs. Upon arrival our reservations were so screwed up that I nearly had a panic attack. Came very close to cancelling the reservation. The rooms could have been better if they had a microwave. Ice machine only worked sporadically. Never came to clean room while we were there. I didn't have power in my room when we got in and my room wasn't cleaned until after 2. The rooms wasn't clean everday we left out so they would get clean and fresh towels but they wern't done on that friday. Carpet on the floors One TV Location of air conditioner No separate sitting/entertaining area. The hotel need restauration and new furniture. Bathroom was a mess the handle on the bathroom sink was broken,the shower head was useless. no staff no one to calm unruly guest down. no microwave in a room with a full kitchen, seemed odd, but, it is an older motel, the stove had probably been there since it was built, 70s I'm guessing, only oceanfront rooms come with microwave, just remember it is a budget motel, it was clean though. two bedroom only one ac and one tv window in second room could not open or see out of. The room was very dirty ceiling fan had four inches dirt on it the remotedidnt even go with the tv the air only kept the one room cool wwould never stay again. apartment for 6 people had only : 2 chairs, very small dining table, 1 tablespoon, 3 forks, 3 knives, not very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. They sunk in the middle. It was not very clean. The pictures on the site were alot better looking than the room itself. It said a kitchenette, but no microwave. There was only a window airconditioner in one room and it did not keep the place cool except in that room. The fridge was in the bedroom and it did not cool well. I was very disappointed in the room and the staff. The grounds or room were not clean. There were bugs in the room. there were 2 rooms with a kitchenette and 1 bath that share 1 window air conditioning unit. There was mildew in the bathroom. Not enough parking. Staff didn't enforce the rules, all rooms are near the pool so while people were in the pool after it should have been closed, it was too loud and difficult to sleep. Room wasn't very clean, mold/mildew was on the shower curtain, window curtains would shut all the way so we had to pull a MacGyver. Everything the room was nasty it's to old needs to be knock down rebuild asap. 1. Housekeeping neglected us until day 2 of 3--not sure why 2. mattresses were stained and sheets on one bed were torn. Some rude staff members. 50 dollar deposit in cash was asked for on check in. No bible no clock air heat unit over ref short person could never reached it I am 6.0 had to stand on chair towels rough as sand paper no hair dry in bath room key lock no card beds old do not sleep well room service came 1 time this is a party hole that is all it is good for. Not enough parking No Internet Smelly Dirty. The rooms, the price was not worth it, outdated, dirty, over- flowing trash cans in walkway had to drive 1/2mi to another hotel to check-out. In room phone did not work. T.V. remote missing. Toilet broken. Room was dirty. No room service. Had to take own trash out. Had to go get own towels from office. sorry service. Everything was old, moldy and run down. Iwould not stay here again regardless of the price. Booking. Com did everything possible to make my stay better they were great! I still would not recommend to anyone it was awful and dirty! Pictures on site are very innacurate . They complained because we ask for clean towels,charged me more at check in than they quoted me,pool was nasty,rom was nasty,fod was on the walls in the kitchen when we got there,only one room was air conditioned,a lot of fights on the beach.very disappointed!!!. I did not like that the staff was rude and did not clean.they lied to us and made us wait 4 hours for are room when it was clean the whole time. we paid for ocean front and got side view.i will never go back again. No parking, no balcony, hotel was old and run down needed updating felt dirty ceiling leaked. Towels looked dirty even after they were cleaned. Rooms smelled terrible like a musty smell. We had to make our own bed. They didn't clean rooms very well. Put towels on the bed not in the bathroom. Didn't supply us with shampoo. Need new carpet. Mattress were very uncomfortable. Was not clean. Door lock did not work. Shower did not work, rooms did not look like the one on the internet. They never changed the bed sheets. Service was very poor. Parking was bad. Dirty, roach crawling in the bed Staff not available at night Didn't even offer different room No refund Worst experience ever! Stay away from this hotel, needs to b reported to the health dept. The room smelled - it was filthy - it was old and had not been renovated in many, many years. The staff was rude and did not care about guests. We were supposed to stay four days but got out of there after the one night we had to pay for. A man came in off the street and got a room for $49 but we had to pay the $113 because we booked through the agency on the internet. The staff was horrible. Linen was unclean. No central heat just a wall unit located in the back room. Bathroom wasnt clean. We reported a bad leak in the bathroom but it was never fixed. Horrible stay. It was really dirty none of the outlets worked in our room our daughter got shocked by truing to turn on a light switch the pool was dirty its a party hotel people were out at all time drinking.
