We had a mishap on the road to the hotel and Candice, at front desk, was extremely helpful, aiding us to contact the police and the car rental office. We do not live in the US, so that attention was much appreciated.
customer service was helpful. Breakfast was nice.
Rooms weren't made up in a timely fashion. Used the pullout couuch and it was not made up with the beds. First night kids running and adults stomping till 2:00 am in the room above me. Could smell cigarette smoke from some of the non smoking rooms all night. alle beoordelingen »
