We had accidently booked wrong Rhea's, wanted the one nearest beach, and they arranged us to go to that one with no penalty to us. Accommodated well, venue superb, personell excellent, we were extremely well looked after. Delighted with out stay.
Inn Keeper was the nicest guy. Great price for such a highly occupied weekend (Saturday of labor day). Clean. Convenient.

The location was perfect for our destination, Newport. Staff were very kind and worked hard. The restaurant was often full of locals who were there for a good, home style meal.
There is a restaurant on site and we had a very nice meal on the night we stayed.
Beds were a little hard, but not that big of a deal.
The window needed a shade so the room would be dark in the early morning. The curtain was not enough.
The bathroom was very small.

It is a no-frills place. I would have preferred a tub but we had only a shower and a tiny sink with very little vanity counter top space.
