Amenities in the room...exceeded expectations for the value/$ amount
paid - suite-like set-up with separate room for desk/couch, fridge
and microwave all great additions to the room. Decor and breakfast area
of the hotel are great and give a very modern feel. For someone like me,
searching online for a place to stay, this really stood out in the
photos. Breakfast spread was great.
The customer service at front desk and Service provided by ladies responsible for Breakfast.

Jacuzzi was broken/out of operation in the pool area, and the pool
itself could have been cleaner and warmer. Despite this, we still
utilized both with the kids and had a good time!.
Hot tub was broken and pool could have been cleaner. Guest who are smokers should only be allowed to smoke in their personal vehicles or much farther away from building. Would like to have know before hand that hot tub was not available for use or at least been made aware of this before checking in.
