price and location were good... people were very nice, felt welcomed, they changed a room for us since there were 3 families and two were inside and one outside, they gave the other family a room inside also.
The Cafe located inside was very good - we ate 2 meals there. alle beoordelingen »
Loved the price.
Inside was good.
The staff at this facility was very professional and courteous. They were very accommodating. However, There was nothing about this facility I liked. I will not recommend it to friends or family c.
friendly check-in staff and staff on the phone when I called a day or two before check-in. good location. cost is competitive. Great attached diner. convenient bar and friendly bar staff.
Generally friendly staff, security on premises, interesting indoor atrium jungle and pool, and the lounge provided a place to get drunk, alloying you to forget how horrible your room is.
microwave and mini-refrig inside the room came quite handy. Hotel staffs are friendly.
Old building has character but obviously needs alot of renovation.
Price and location was good...Staff friendly.
I did not like this hotel.
Staff was super friendly!.
Very friendly staff.
Price I guess.
Price.
Very very poor
Receptionist was more interested on answering her text than booking me in
The outside of the building very dirty the room was noisey dirty and uncomfortable
Booked a early morning call
When I went down to tell them they didn't call they said they did but must be something wrong with the line although it was cheap pay the little extra and stay somewhere else.
Nothing the a e is horrible. Beyond horrible. No fitted sheets on the
bed room was disgustingly dirty. Matresses were on 2x4 frames stained
not matching. One lightbulb in the room although there were 3 lamps we
literally found a baggy of drugs very scary place.
Nothing. It was dirty and gross.
nothing!!!!!.
Nothing!.
The cliental left a lot to be desired. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
was OK........in town for graduation and was fine.......
Fridge and freezer were broken. The replacement was broken as well. In a non smoking room we found a pack of cigarettes under the bed and ash throughout the room. Almost all the electrical outlets did not work.
stayed in non smoking but yet room reaked of smoke, allergies flared up because of this, but other than that it was ok, did not get to really visit or use the kitchen to try the food or have a drink, this time...rooms could be a little cleaner and fresher smelling.....
The beds were very hard - bad for people with bad backs.
The room was completely saturated with cigarette smoke.
Outside u was scared had to carry my gun felt like it was a place that dope dealers used!!!.
This facility is a dump.
half hour late on my wake-up call. drains in shower and sink were extremely sluggish (#114). Someone previously had a cat in there and this activated my cat allergies (cat dander stays in carpets, drapes and fabrics after vacuuming - shampooing is the only way to get rid of this).
The room itself was one of the worst I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing in my life. Half the lights didn't work (which was probably a good thing), busted lampshades (but they didn't work anyway), mold and mildew in the shower, exposed wiring, no fridge or microwave, it smelled bad, and was generally unclean. I could go on, but you get the idea. Horribly overpriced during college football season as well.
the location and the surroundings are scary. people hung out outside, at the stairs were loud till midnight.
If you're going to stay open to guests while renovating, you must concentrate on CLEANLINESS. Do not bring your children here. I found an old used tampon clinging onto my table lamp.
Room needs attention...Carpet along bed base was loose and old stale french fries were between carpet and base of bed....When maids cleaned on Sat room was not vacuumed only beds tidied and towels replaced....
This hotel was dirty. The rooms were dirty walls were chipped, wall strips were peeling off. Very disappointed.
There were drunken individuals around location in the parking lot because of attached club....I had children with me....it was an uncomfortable feeling, towels were dirty looking/very dingy, comforter on bed was in bad shape. Luckily I always travel with my own towels and linen.
Very worn on outside. Smoke smell in room in spite of it being labelled non smoking. Solution to the smell was almost as bad. Amenities listed on web-site, missing from room.
Dead roaches, bathroom smelled like a dirty mop, sheets were dirty.
Mold on ceiling of shower; carpet dirty and filmy; refrigerator stunk from being turned off; no coffee cariff had to go get one and cups; towels were really rough; beds were absolutely too hard; we just felt dirty when we woke up. Hmidity around indoor pool took your breath away.
I felt that the room could of been cleaner. House keeping needs to be
retrained. Staff was very pleasant.
I didn't like the fact that the room smelled like cigarette when it should of been non smoking and the covers had cigarette burns. Would have been better if they offer free breakfast.

This hotel is disgusting.
Everything. How could this place have been $85 dollars a night on
special through booking. Shame on you if you continue to list
this place.
Everything!.
this hotel is the dirtiest nasty nasty nast!!! who ever choose this hotel deserves to stay one night in room 128, this room has never been clean. Wires were hanging from the ceiling, the air vents were hanging, the tolet was leaning on the wall, carpet was dirty, slept with my socks on the baseboards had 1in of dirt. Mold in the shower. Nasty! Nasty! Nasty!!!!.
Roaches, run down, roaches, filthy, roaches!!! It was too late to find another room, so we had to sleep in our vehicle and went inside to use the restroom with caution. As soon as we opened the door it was the largest roach on the wall. The place should be condemned!.
Rooms were dirty, not comfortable. It was a last minute option and I will not be back! Lesson learned. I did not feel safe there. It has a club and when the club let's out, the people are rowdy and inconsiderate! It was most definitely not a comfortable stay and definitely not worth the money!.
Dirty rooms, run down facility. Very noisy at 2am when bars closed.
Horrible! Dirty, old, a/c did not work, stank, bathroom door did not
close, stains on bed and furniture and was last updated in 60'S. the
only good thing was it was in Lubbock where son was graduating college.
Koko was nasty!.
Old hotel that was not clean at all. Mold in the showers, rooms smelled of cigarette smoke.
