Upon booking, the guest will receive an email from the property owner. The email will provide payment instructions, outline house rules, and provide driving instructions. To secure your reservation, the entire amount of the rental fee must be paid within 7 days of booking. A check sent by mail is the preferred method of payment. If the guest chooses to pay rental fee through PayPal or use a Debit/Credit card, a 3% surcharge will apply and be added to the rental fee. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 95 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
