Payment Terms Once your booking has been confirmed by a refundable deposit of $350.00 we will reserve Paradise Palms for your vacation dates. The full rental balance will be due 2-4 weeks before your arrival. If your arrival date is less than 2 weeks away, the full balance will be due as soon as your booking has been confirmed. The $350.00 reservation deposit is then used as a security deposit; this will be refunded in full when a satisfactory inspection of the property is completed, usually the day of departure or within two weeks of your departure. Cleaning is included for any stay over 7 days. If your stay is less than this, a cleaning charge of $125.00 will be made.

Important information to guests

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The person making the reservation must be 21 years old and be there to pick up the keys. Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of USD 125.00 is not included in the room rate of stays less than 7 days and is payable directly at the hotel.
