The resort is spotlessly clean and each condo is pretty, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff couldn't be nicer. It's a short walk to the beach or the pool and there are activities on site for the kids. There are tons if great restaurants nearby for any taste. Go carts, mini golf or many other things the kids like. We have three days left of our trip and are already planning our return.
alle beoordelingen » I was very pleased with every aspect . I knew nothing about it and was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find everyone extremely friendly & helpful. The facility was very clean, we were right on the beach, price could not have been better for a 2 bedroom apt. (1 rm. hotel would have cost more).Would recommend it and certainly look forward to staying there again. everything my grandkids loved all the space there were 6 of us and we had plenty of room also my reletives from the area came to visit us and there was plenty of room we were all comfortable with the space. I have been traveling to the outer banks for many years and I love going there. The Outer Banks Beach club is a very nice place to stay , the facilities are great, clean, and well manacured. Our family had a wonderful Spring Break 2013 in Kill Devil Hills at the obx Beach Club! We had so much fun we have already started planning our Spring Break 2014! We can't wait... Friendly night desk / security staff on late arrival. Hot tub - drained and filled with fresh water each day. Linens - used duvet rather than natty bedspreads. Ample parking. Housekeeping staff do an amazing job, cleanest place we have stayed in. The decor was a little outdated, but it didn't matter due to the well-stocked condos and cleanliness. Clean, reasonably priced. Nice area. Felt secured with the patrolled security during late hours. Private access to the beach, nice lookout deck for beautiful sunrises. The location was perfect!!! The rooms were clean and had every amenity we required. We loved having the beach access. Most importantly, we LOVED the price!!!. Liked the separate living areas and the fact that the kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes, and appliances. I really liked the layout of the condo and the quality of the furnishings. We really had a quality stay. We liked the indoor pool. We liked the jacuzzi tub in the apartment. We liked the modern rooms. elevator and luggage carts good assortments of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook for ourselves when we desired. Beach directly behind complex Spacious, clean accommodations. Full kitchen. the size of the unit, the comfort and privacy and the view. We liked the location . Close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious. Great for groups who enjoy eating in. Very clean and comfortable. Well maintained facility. Location central to our planned activities. Roomy accommodation & a great bathtub!. My entire stay was enjoyable...except... Very nice staff and very accomodating. Everything but the weather. Location was fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Location was good. almost like home. Has a kitchen. Great Time. I liked that it was spacious and on the beach. More negative points than positive for this place. Reasonable price for 2 bedroom condo. you need a basketball hoop on location there are none for public use so you need one for your guests. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the desk was not cooperative when I was asking questions about the facility and parking od my trailer. I was t5old when I called prior to arriving that I could park my trailer on the premisis and when I got there this man said I could not so I ended up parking it on a public street near the building. If I would have known that up front instead of when I got there I could have made other arrangements. But I did not like the way I was treated by this gentleman. Nothing, this was the best trip ever!. Nothing really - well priced spacious accommodation suitable for a good family stay. Our group was two couples and the beds were 1 double and 2 twins. I thought I mentioned it was 4 adults & requested 2 queens. The lady I spoke to did not mention that none of the condo have that setup. I was not crazy of trading in the dirty towels for new ones at the office ,which was across the street ( guess that would help keep up with the inventory from the thieves, which I am not). Paying for wifi!. Wished we could have gotten an ocean view, but we booked at the last minute. The fact that the web site led us to believe that the units was oceanfront and to get there and find out that is not was very disturbing to us. That is the only thing bad I have to say about the trip. We did not like the lack of Internet in the room. We had to pay a separate fee and the signal strength was poor in all rooms in the apartment. No ocean view. The ad was not specific as to which rooms had a view and which did not. parking tight. No one at front desk for check-in. The desk is staffed until 4 pm and then you have to phone Security for assistance. We arrived at 5:30 pm and were one of six parties needing to check in. We stayed on top floor(pent house) and had to climb lots of stairs after a marathon. Ouch! Would request 1st floor next time. the weather :~( too chilly - not in anyone'S control. The walls are very thin. We heard the people upstairs walking around. Would be nice to have a tv in second bedroom. That I had to leave! Boo on that!. Hard to locate unit if you arrive after dark!....the buildings aren't numbered well!. ...The staff in the hotel office were disorganized and treated each question that was asked of them like it was an inconvenience and painful to answer. I travel almost 35 weeks a year and stay in hotels and have never seen this type of attitude from hotel employees. For this I would think twice about booking this resort for future travel and work stays. No free WiFi in room. Had to change out towels yourself. People having to walk in front of our windows to get to their condos. Noise from overhead and next door from kids running and jumping. I would have preferred a king size bed. No workout facility. Clean up, had to remove sheets and take out trash Hot tub and pool closed. I hated the fact that we had to clean the room our self and then have housekeeping come and make sure we did it correct so we couldn't get charged extra!! If you're on vacation, you shouldn't have to do your normal household job for someone who gets paid to do it! We weren't in the room much and we did clean up after our self but for the 2days we were there, we shouldn't have to scrub every inch!!. The description didn't match reality "include a balcony with oceanfront view." Not all do so if you think you are getting oceanfront, only some condos do.
