I absolutely loved everything about this place by far the best motel/hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was gorgeous with a nice deck that had an ocean view, a romantic little fireplace and a nice flat screen T.v mounted to the wall. The bed was large and comfortable and there was a really nice leather couch to sit on the room as well. The decor was beautiful and up to date it made you feel like you were in a little romantic getaway. The bathroom was spacious and very clean and there were plen.

I was unable to get a room during 4th of July weekend at a place next to the casino ballroom where my friends were staying. I was VERY happy that I stayed at Jonathan's instead. the bed had a memory foam topper and it was wicked comfy. My room faced the salt marsh and it was very quiet. I will absolutely stay again. The room was a small condo like set up, very sweet, very nicely decorated and very clean. Best of all ocean front with the waves breaking over the bridge. We really loved our stay and are looking forward to returning. The beach was fabulous, reminded us of Myrtle Beach SC with out the 15 hour drive!. LOCATION!!!! Right on the beach at the quieter end, but close enough to the terrific evening entertainment at the bandshell and Wed fireworks!!! Louise and Tony really make it great!!! Housekeeping daily with clean towels and sheets!!!. Excellent view. Bed was very comfortable. Amenities were great such as the microwave and the refrigerator. Location is very convenient to all that Hampton Beach has to offer and also close to a VERY nice restaurant (Ron's Landing). The location and easy access was great . Check in and chk out was simple and the room was very nice a little tight but more than i expected. Will definitely be back and will re book rm 202 again. my daughter and I had a 3rd floor corner room with balcony. Wonderful views of fireworks over the ocean Hearing the waves was very relaxing. Manager was friendly and very helpful. Convenient. Accommodating. Clean. Comfy. Everything we needed. Adjusted easily to our arrival and departures. easy parking at motel, view of ocean from balcony, walkable to everything although not in center of town. We like being on the north end of town which wasn't as crowded. Beach area at that end was nice. I loved the location. The owners were friendly, the parking was great. The beds were comfy. Toni took excellent care of me, and family that ended up being a place for the night!. Comfortable but a bit pricey for off season People were friendly View was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of front desk staff, I went to the desk several times to ask for some more cream and sugar for my coffee and the first time the desk was closed around 8 A.M. The second time I went it was open but there was a small note with a number to call if you needed assistance and I didn't want to call someone just to ask for some more sugar it made me feel like I'd be a bother. No iron or closet to hang clothing. People who complain!!! there was always little packets of shampoo and soap and all cleaning products!!!. Air conditioner is up high making it hard to get to controls. Wife didn't like the small shelf at the head board. She kept hitting her head on it. climbing 3 flights of stairs. The bed frames were larger than the mattress and caused a couple of bruised shins. Nothing. Road in front of the property was noisy. All good. If elderly or disabled, ask for 1 or 2 floor. A bit of walk to the 3rd. Away from most restaurants and shops, so quite a bit of walking but not necessarily a bad thing!. The sofa bed was very run down, we could not open it, and it was dirty. The toilet was dirty, but we had a male friend with us for a while and he cleaned it for us 4 girls, before he left. Also should have a hair dryer in the bathroom. Also a can/bottle opener. shower had very low water pressure. bathroom very small. Bed spread n pillow sham had blood spots on them. It rained and that wasn't there fault. N/A. Room was small..shower head was too low for a comfortable shower. No hair dryer. bed not real comfortable and spiders. Need Kleenex in rooms. The apartments were dirty (dust accumulation on the edges of wall and floor, poor housekeeping during the stay but envelope for tips promenently placed every day. The beds mattresses were finished and did not allow for a good night sleep. Balcony with greenish moss.... You get the picture. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was so soft and made you tend to roll to center. Also our room was on the third floor with no elevator, lots of stairs to carry luggage. Balcony were really tiny, face the hotel next door but could see ocean.
