I loved everything about Olde Gatlinburg Rentals. It was spacious, clean, good price, and the location was awesome. My family and I cannot wait to come back. I would not change anything about this place. The people at the front desk were friendly and professional and I loved that. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Terrific location for my husband's seminar at the Double tree and my daily walks to the Village and shopping. Comfortable and pleasant "bear theme in condo; great location for the National Park which we were unable to visit. Fantastic weather was a blessing.
alle beoordelingen » Suite was clean and very nice. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. We enjoyed out stay here and would definitely come back again. The proximity to the strip was perfect, walking distance without all the noise, nice privacy. Highly recommend staying here. We had a suite and we really liked the way it was laid out - with the bedroom seperate. The area was spacious....the furniture was comfortable. It was well decorated and clean. The location was good. All in all...a great deal for the price!. The quality of the condo was amazing. For the price I paid I couldn't have asked for better. I definitely plan to stay there again. We stayed in room 506. Amazing views and right around the corner from Gatlinburg. The condo units were a pleasant surprise for the value! The location couldn't be better; a short walk to the Aquarium & main strip, so no paying for parking which was a definite plus!. We were upgraded to a three bedroom three bath condo down the street which was lovely. It had cooling issues...the third floor was really hot, but otherwise wonderful!. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The bed and living room furniture were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. It was convenient to all the attractions. Things were clean although somewhat outdated but it was economical. Good closet space and clean carpets. Nice facilities, welcoming motif and condo was supplied with all general needs. Very comfortable and so very convenient to everything. Room 512 was a beautifully updated condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It also had a gas fireplace and large balcony. Was in a good location to downtown gatlinburg quite and relaxing staff was friendly had no problems would stay there again. Overall, excellent rental. Comfortable spacious. Would rent there again and recommend it to others. Easy walk to downtown. closeness to downtown, nice rooms for money spent, seemed family friendly, but also was nice with just spouse. Room was clean and well furnished. Great location within walking distance to most of where we wanted to go. Private balcony. Had a 2 bedroom unit on the end. Perfect, nice breeze, easy access to downtown. How clean it was in our room and the close walk to town. All around good stay. Great Location, Clean room, Large amount of space for the money. Location of Down Town Gatlinburg, and Clean Neat room. Everything the room was relaxing my kids enjoyed it. Close to downtown and ammenities are good. Location. Location. The first condo they had given us was very nice with up to date furnishings, but it was on the 7th floor. Someone in our party was afraid of heights ( balcony walkways to the room,) so they graciously switched us to an available 2nd floor unit. Good deal on a two bedroom unit. I like that Gatlinburg is not as "neon" as Pigeon Forge. It is very close to some great hiking. The condo can use some major updates and repairs. It seems that the owners live else where and never visit. The bed is to big for the bedroom you can not close the door, the a/c in the bedrooms leaks, many of the same issue I would list here are listed in the diary kept at the condo and never get fixed. Need tv's new chairs that are broken and have been for years. Loved the location. Very convenient and close to everything we liked and wanted to do. Were able to check in after the ofc was closed (4 A.M.). Location and balcony. Close enough to town to walk and shop but far enough away to not hear all the noise. Didn't hear noise from hallways/stairways. Front desk staff was very nice. We booked it for two nights. We got there Too late to find another motel. We left the next morning and they did not insist we pay for the second night. Walking distance to the strip. Having the kitchen so we were able to cook in and not spend alot of money on food at the restaurant'S. The location was great. The staff was helpful. It was close to town. Rate. Everything. Very disappointed to walk in and find dirty water standing in kitchen sink, food on the drop in range and drip pans underneath the burners. Musty smell in bedroom. Fortunately, I came prepared with cleaning gloves and lysol wipes. There was some wallpaper in the bathroom that was peeling and hanging down some...something a little glue would fix. :). The unit we stayed in was lacking in updated décor & comfort, but all-in-all I would definitely stay again!. There was a large stain in the middle of the living room carpet and the room needed a little extra cleaning (cobwebs). Tthere were things that needed fixed such as one of the burners on the stove and the handle on the microwave was unfastend at one end. The choice of pots and pans was a bit lacking and there is no conventional oven. Needed a cutting board, everything else was great. the pool was not heated and was very cold. The staff only had limited hours during the day. No full time front desk person. Outdoor jacuzzi not working properly. The fireplace was only seasonal, having to take my towels to front office to receive new ones, but both were no big deal, the stay was good. The advertised free wi-fi was very weak from our room. Searching Internet was pretty much impossible. Parking was tight. Not really a problem. Alittle slow on getting some towels when needed. Furniture was a bit outdated, Staff was hard to get in touch with. Nothing Bad to say , Was Good Stay. older decor. The hot water did not last long at all it ran out before one person could get done with their shower. The wifi didn't always work. the pool was a little small. the hot tub made a loud noise when turned on. it was two of us the hot water kept going cold and the heat wouldnt turn off it about burnt us up and the air in the bath tub was broke a sign on the mirror. Pool was not heated. No elevators on the front of building some folks were sitting by the elevator doors smoking. Was uncomfortable while waiting on the doors to open. The only issue we had is that there was some mold on the master bedroom ceiling in unit 701. It wasn't a large amount, but there may be a larger problem behind the walls as I had a very pronounced reaction to something there. Stuffy nose, headache, itchy eyes. The symptons only existed while in the unit, not outside. The condo on the second floor was clean, but shabby and outdated. No hbo for an event we wanted to watch. The condo did not have enough coffee cups or silverware for the four of us. A toaster oven but no toaster. We didn't spend much time there. staff, view, location. We had a party of six and the fold out bed was horrible. We actually had to just make a pallet on the floor for 2 of us because we couldn't sleep on the fold out bed. Spending $1000.00 dollars for 5 days and having to sleep on the floor was not the time away from work that is was expecting. We also had 2 kids on our trip and the office would close the pool at different times each evening, so we were never sure what time we could use the pool. (2 bumbed out kids). I was overcharged by $137.00 & am now having difficulty getting through to them via e-mail & it's difficult to call when their business ofc. Is open due to my line of work. Room we stayed in needed updating. The couch was dirty. bath tub didn,t drain properly, bath fan didn,t work ,bedroom closet had a big roll of carpet stuffed in it. couldn.t wash dishes there wasn,t a stopper for the sink drain. air conditioners were very noisy. Could have been cleaner. Trash under beds, crumbs on counter & dishes were dirty. Fitted sheets kept coming off because they were to small. There were no blanket on bed other than bed spread & I don't like using them because they aren't changed with every guest change. The unit we were in wasn't very updated and hadn't been really CLEANED in a long time. It made us all feel sketchy about taking off our shoes and walking around. Some of the furniture was broken. The refrigerator needed defrosting. Bathtub drains were VERY slow. Mold in the refrigerator. Toilet did not flush right. Water standing in the bathtub. Tv left a lot to be desired. Mattress was old. The room smelled musky. It was supposed to be a smoking room But the whole hotel is smoke-free. The sheets were dirty on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was broke and a rail was sticking up in the middle. The young couple that was with us had to pull the pad off of the sofa bed and sleep in the floor. The light was out in the kitchen and the whirlpool in the tub did not work. No one ever came in to clean the room. The front desk did not have any coffee. The condo we were assigned was not updated. The carpet was very dirty and worn. Barely enough kitchen equipment to make pasta. I have never seen a microwave this old. Other units were beautiful in this building. If I had gotten the one in the picture, I would have been VERY happy. The room was not clean, broken down furniture which made it hard to sit and be comfortable. The bedroom door would not shut, it was broken. The balcony slider slid hard and the screen door was broken. Hard to get wifi. Furniture out dated. Bad tv. Serve. Rain. Lack of customer service and rooms were filthy. Check in time was 3pm, we didn't check in till almost 5pm. I will never stay at this place again.
