Everything was available ( no limit on coffee, free water) Great food at the restaurant The shower in the room. In fact the rooms were awesome Casino was close and even the offer of a shuttle ride!!! We travel a lot and this hotel was the best value for our money that we have seen in quite a while. The staff of the hotel was really excellent, rooms clean and cosy. We really enjoyed our staying in this hotel. Is a good place if you want to visit Yellowstone, that is 2 h far from the hotel and much more cheper than those that are closer to the Yellowstone National Park.
alle beoordelingen » Exellent hotel. Very clean and new. The room was very big and very comfortable. The internal pool and hot tub were great. It was a great stop on our way to Yellowstone. Very clean, near new facility, friendly and professional staff. Can't beat the $$ value for hotel and restaurant. Will have no hesitations to stay again. Everyone was nice and helped out when we needed it. The lady that helped us out (Sunny) was one of a kind and did us a great job. The room was very nice, the bathroom was awesome with a huge walk-in shower. The proximity to the casino is also very nice. Beautiful room and amenities. First class and great value for the money. Loved the Kureg coffee pot. The facility is new, very roomy and very tasteful. This hotel was luxurious at a budget price. The rooms were clean and the location was conveniently close to Pocatello We liked the Casino. Room was nice and large with large bathroom. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was nicely appointed and very clean. Nothing. Our room didn't has a view. Try to ask for a room with a view. Everything else was great. The hotel check-in clerk should NOT be responsible for answering the switchboard. Check in was long and slow due to the number of incoming calls. No bath tub. We had limited control of the AC in the room. This would be the only reason for not rating the comfort as excellent. All other aspects of the hotel were outstanding!. The buffet breakfast was not worth the cost We would have liked a casino in the actual hotel. TV froze when I tried to select the HBO channel. Asked for a code and did not allow any escape without the code. Nothing. When we arrived they did not have our reservation! Finally after about 20 minutes of looking they found our paperwork. Then it took another 15 minutes for us to check in. The room was nice enough, but it obviously had not been vacuumed since the last tenant left bits of debris on the floor. Could have been cleaner. Being awaken at 3am and asked about an intoxicated person whom should have been incarcirated. They couldn't find our reservations right away and it took about a half hour to get it sorted out. Personal on reception was very slow. I had no cell service in my room. Sprint is my carrier by the way. It listed restaurants, but apparently didn't have room service. I've never seen this in a nice hotel before. I tried to make a phone reservation but there was no answer. I than made it on line. We went to the casino to get our players card for the discount. We spent about. 20 mins in line and than returned to the hotel and was told you don't get the discount because you made your room reservation on line! We won't be staying there again. I ended up paying 97.00 dollars.
