I was really impressed that they gave us a room at 1:30 pm :). Everything else was fine and we'll reserve there again in the fall when we return to Florida for the winter. Everything. This was an emergency stay, and I chose this without any knowledge of this motel. I was extremely impressed. The price was right for a one night stay. The breakfast was light but good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Price was good. The cheapest option in the zone. It has none luxury, but I can sleep well. No more. Just stay in the night, and sleep. Absolutely Nothing. Room rate is cheap. Not a thing. Everything is perfect. The smoking rooms were next to the non-smoking rooms, and the smokers had their doors ajar at times making the hallway smell of smoke (but our room was fine). The computer was down when we were leaving and we did not know the exact charge for the room until it appeared on our credit card statement. We left an email address so that the final bill could be sent to us, but we never got one from them. room size breakfast variety lacking no microwave, fridge or coffe pot in rooms smell of stale cigarettes in lobby flat pillows. No pool - but the cost really outweighed that option. No shampoo or conditioner....I understand no conditioner but no shampoo????? Only bad part of my experience. Dated decor. Bedroom was very small- that's why the stay was inexpensive! Breakfast offerings low quality. Continental breakfast was fair at best. Tiny TV though I liked having it mounted high. No desk chair. Staff to wear proper clothes. There was no refrigerator in the room. Continental breakfast was terrible. Only 1 toaster for everyone. continental breakfast could been available until checkout time....didnt even have OJ available. Smells to cigarrette. Hotel´s personel don't help to the turist with any kind of information, so if you are going to visit syracuse and stay in this hotel, make sure to get previously all the information you need via internet. I mean ¿what to do?, ¿transportation? etc. everything. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. so dirty and disgusting I slept in my clothes. Couldn't wait for morning so I could leave. Breakfast only offers bagels and breads. No fruit. Bed is not comfortable and only 2 thin pillows are available. We have to request for the hairdryer from the reception. Very low quality hotel. Bed bugs!.
