i really loved the room service. Breakfast in your room .Wonderfull not having to get dressed to go out in the morning after staying late in the casino , Food was delicious. A plus for that service.The hotel was first class.

Easy casino to navigate. Employees very helpful even at the gaming tables. Affordable drinks and food. The food was better than most casinos.

Parking was difficult I had to park at the casino entrance. There were no room to park by the hotel. overall we had a great great time and we will be back.

I misplaced my phone and Adriana Robless somehow found what machine I was using...needless to say, my phone was found! Every single person on staff that I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant!!

The hotel staff was professional and very pleasant and the hotel was beautiful.

The wait staff at the casino were rude and unfriendly at the garden oasis and the sports bar.

I loved the decor of the room and bathroom and both were very spacious. It also was quiet and clean.

The rooms were spacious. I love the fact that if you didn't have a key card you couldn't have entry on that floor via elevator.

Parking wasn't close to the hotel. The only close parking was valet and he needed close handicap parking.

Beautiful, and very clean! As a self-proclaimed Sheet Snob, their sheets were fabulous. The rate at letsbookhotel.com was awesome. Can't wait to go back to Dover Downs Hotel and Casino.

The cleanliness of the hotel. It was spotless. Our room was spacious. The bathroom was huge. It was nice to have a variety of restaurants on site. We enjoyed the Dover Racetrack while we were there and did the ride-a-long with a professional driver. That was a wonderful experience.

The friendliness of staff was not what I expected. We sat at the Sports Book Bar for 15 minutes and was never greeted or offered a drink. The casino bar - the bartenders looked like they were bothered if you asked for something. The housekeepers didn't speak in the hallway. The front desk workers were not friendly. It's amazing what a smile can do.

Located near tax-free shopping. Restaurants in the casino were reasonable priced.

They could not honor the reservations we made on letsbookhotel.com. We booked a king room, they entered our reservation for the wrong night, so we ended up with a cheaper room with two doubles, but paid the same price. Showers were like sprinklers.

The entire hotel staff went out of their way at every opportunity to accommodate your request the best they could extremely friendly polite and welcomed new guests with open arms

I booked two days at the hotel and I was only given one I had to move to a Nother hotel in the area that was very inconvenient the hotel needs to change from letsbookhotel.com letsbookhotel.com will not accommodate Space accommodations for special circumstances

Very clean. Keep the drink costs low since you have to charge. Plenty of bars and staff at the tables to get drinks.

Thought it was slightly overpriced room for a casino. Few times there were no seats at a table but some not playing and watching their friend but were not asked to stand. Another pai gow table would be nice,it was busy all night.

I like the smoke free Casino.Excellent! The slot games has many varieties.My family had fun playing the games.

We have fun playing slots, however the machines were unfriendly & tight :-(

Being in our late 80s, it was a long walk to our room (767). Should have gone back to desk and probably could have received a room closer to elevator. When checking guests in, might inquire if desire room near an elevator if appear to be older folks-assuming look like types not concerned about being old.

I liked being able to check in to the hotel and not having to worry about going out for anything unless I wanted to. Everything I needed was at the hotel. Almost like being on a cruise ship,except I never left land.

If I have to dislike something, I guess it would be not being allowed to go into the vip room.

I like the food and the gambling.

I didn't like to fact I couldn't cancel the trip 24 hours before. Check-in is 4:00 P.M. I tried to cancel on-line @ 10:00 A.M. 2/27/2013 and was told that option was not available to me. When I checked in on Thursday, February 28, 2013 I was told I could had called and cancel. Again, I told the registra when I called to cancel; since I booked the trip on-line I had to cancelled. Very disappointed

room furniture needs updating, room seemed a little empty.Also needs wireless connections and premium cable channels
