Was right on the main route which made it accessible, clean and had a refrig and microwave.
The hotel is being painted. The free breakfast was good. Parking was easy.

Since it was on the main route, it was noisy because of the highway traffic. Also, there was really not much to do in the town but that's not the hotels fault.
Front rooms are a little noisy because they are facing highway.
the resveration was for 4 folks, we had two queen beds but only towels for 3.
Breakfast room was too small.

The stairs to second floor was in terrible shape - threads hanging, disgusting looking. There was a smell in the room.

The receptionist looked bored and could not even be bothered to stand up
from her chair so I had to peer over the counter. The reception area is
looking tired and could do with some cleaning up.
Uncomfortable bed, wifi did not work, saw cleaning lady beat on doors to
possibly wake them up. Guest said what and she gave no answer just
walked away.
Wasn"t a real Super 8. Just a very old motel.Beds were very very
old. The next night we stayed at a real Super 8 in Salem Or. What a
difference. Also missed having a pool in Crescent City. The rate in
Crescent City was $99 a night and in Salem it was $59 and so much nicer.

The shower did not work - no cold water. Staff promised to tell manager to fix it but didn't. Manager fixed it by midnight after complaint on return from dinner. Towels were old and looking grey.
Coffee maker was dirty!!!!.
1. Reservation was cancelled without informing us.
2. No air conditioning.
3. Terrible breakfast
4. Not worth the price.
5. Internet didn't work.
6. But, the worst part was while we were in bed, the room was given to another person who opened the door while we were in the room! Not acceptable.
