The staff was very helpful and friendly! I liked the fact they were so attentive to things that were messy. Every time I saw something that was messy or dirty the second time I looked someone was cleaning it. The pool was very beautiful, they cleaned it every morning and checked the pool every hour. Room was very comfortable, and neat. Offered Pay per View movies on TV. Our location was across from the elevator and outside stairs, yet it was not noisy. Landscaping in progress showed good choices in vegetation for a coastal hotel.

The property is clean and well kept, but it feels old. For your money very comfortable stay. Location was wonderful! Would definitely consider staying there again! Room was cozy not to small bed was a little harder then I like but all in all It was clean and comfy!. Room was very clean, comfortable. Very good value. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Hotel was in perfect location-close to food, shopping, and 15 minutes from any beach. The location was great for my purposes, and the room was very nice...better than I expected. It was a very pleasant surprise. We stayed poolside and while there were several kids playing and lots of people visiting outside, we did not hear any noise. Staff was very friendly. Loved our stay. My only complaint - I would liked more pillows and towels. Everything great no complains. I liked every bit of my stay no complains at all. nothing bad to say!. No call when room ready before 1500. The TV was not clear to watch, like it had a bad cable connection. The breakfast consisted of one kind of muffin and coffee only to drink. The room had a harsh smell to it. The smell was like someone spilled paint thinner. No microwave, bed very uncomfortable, no frig, no coffee pot, housekeeping knocking at door before 9:00, tv very slow, and outdated. Wasn't what letsbookhotel.com pictures showed. I thought it had a full breakfast not just a muffin. No senior discount. limited breakfast. The grounds need to be kept a little better. all ok. No coffee in room no micway in room no hair dry. The door appeared to have been kicked in, did not feel secure, and the carpet was dirty. The bathroom was in bad shape with chipped walls and dirty floor. Room smelled strongly of deodorizer and we had four roaches. "Continental breakfast" was a muffin and nothing else. All in all, not a pleasant stay. Won't use this chain again. Hadn't even got our bags laid down and we killed a roach running across the wall. Even though we didn't go there to watch it, the tv was horrible. Free "breakfast" was a joke. Coffee, pre packaged muffins that's all. No milk for the kids. There was no micro, fridge, or coffee maker, which I believe was advertised. There was an unreasonably loud amount of noise the morning of my stay-banging on pipes and whatnot. It was very disturbing. there was no blow-dryer in the room. the kleenex was a travel package, and there was no iron or ironing board. Will not stay at this hotel again. Carpet look like it needed to be clean. Forgot my pillow, and their pillows flat. Did not sleep well and drapes short, so light coming into room on top of window. I booked three rooms online and I and I called to add another room to it when I got there they didn't book my fourth room and when I called to book the fourth room they gave me a total price for all four rooms and when they we got there it was a hundred more then what I was told so I was not happy about that. I asked for a low floor and was put on the TOP FLOOR and a long way from the elavator. Also the cont. breakfast was just a muffin. Also the check in time is not to be desired. As I know in my traveling that there are rooms ready before check the check in time. No parking at all if hotel is booked full. We were forced to park at whataburger next door. cracks under the room door. Dirty Carpet. Bad TV, old dark CRT, lots of springs jabbing you from the mattress. Smoking. Had to call for maid service multiple times even though we left the sign on the door all day. They skipped over our room twice!. breakfast wasn't really breakfast. Everything but the front office clerk. The fact that when I booked the room I was quoted 1 price of 149.99 for 2 nights + 15% tax. When I got my bill I was charged 159.99 + 15% tax. And to top it off breakfast was to be included there was no breakfast included, had I known this when I booked I wouldn't have chosen this place, not to mention I had my children with me. When you advertise something that's what it should be. Nevertheless I will not use this place ever again, nor recommend it. Room was smelly. Bedsheets were old and torn. We had to kill 2 cockroaches. Bathtub was in need of a touchup. Was supposed to get a King bed but the bed we received was a queen. Included breakfast is just muffins and coffee. The facility. It's very noisy at night. And it's smell when we walked in the toom. poor breakfast room smelled like mold. we left and went to a difrant hotel. Saw roaches, didn't have policy of bringing iron board to room when requested, noisy in lot. Roaches Long walk from elevator, my husband walks with a cane. Keys were cancelled when we returned to our room and had to trek all the way back to the lobby for a new one. Only coffee and muffins for continental breakfast. the door in the bathroom was peeled at the bottom. There were cock roaches. We were left with 1 towel, and one washcloth. We asked the front desk for additional and they said at 2 O'Clock that the housekeeping staff had gone home and we could come to the front desk to pick them up. Also only muffins for breakfast. Overall I would classify it as an armpit!. There were a lots of cockroaches in the room! The personnel pretended they did not know it. The breakfast was poor. roaches in room, spider bit my face. Poor service from front desk. Room was not ready upon arrival , after 3 pm. Did not have iron, nor ironing board in room. Front desk could not/would deliver to my room. it was so basic,no hair dryer, no coffee maker.the room looked clean until you pick things up off flour,so dusty .we had the king standard.for better room up grade.
