The buildings were very nice and the grounds were very well maintained. The room was very clean, modern, and plenty of space for a weekend getaway. The air conditioning was easy to regulate (this can be a problem when staying at hotels). The bed was comfortable. I noticed they had a security vehicle that drove around, this made you feel safe. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, and it was great! Plenty of room for our 4 boys.The king beds were very comfortable and the pull out couch was the most comfortable pull out I've ever sat on. Loved having a washer/dryer... I didn't have to take any dirty clothes home. We were on the bottom floor and I never heard anyone around us.
alle beoordelingen » We were so surprised how big the rooms were for the price! Tvs in each room and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and utinsels! The hotel is tucked away from all the hustle from Branson yet close enough to just drive a few miles down the road for shopping and activities! We felt right at home here. The room was excellent. We just stayed in a suite and it was perfect. Fully equipped with items neexed for a short or week long stay. Grounds had numerous activites for those with children. Very nice tv with dvd player. If weather was bad or for entertaining children in evening hours. The accomodations were excellent. All of us enjoyed all the room we had to relax and watch the big television. The kitchen with all amenities was great especially with the 14 week old baby we had with us. The screened in area was also quite enjoyable. Great experience. The grounds were spacious and well kept. I liked the many ammenities such as indoor/outdoor pool and spas, grills, and activities center. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nice. I felt it was a good bargain for the money I spent. The size of the unit.the unit also had a washer and dryer.the kitchen was stocked with all items needed to cook anything from breakfast to soup to cakes just bring the food and it saves you money instead of going out to eat every meal. the way it was all setup from the suites to the grounds we always stay at the Fall Creek Suites. as they say don't fix something when its not broken and the Fall Creek is not broken. we will stay there every time we all go to Branson. Everything was great very clean and it was nice to stay someplace and not be bothered to have to find something to do while people cleaned had all the amenities there for you. Loved the view, the rooms, the size of the rooms, the price was totally affordable, and lots of other awesome amenities while staying there. We all loved our stay there!!. The location was near a conference we were attending and the facilities were very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. I like the peace and quiet...it also had all accommodations that you may have needed. And it was conveniently located off the main strip in Branson. Everything. We had a two bedroom condo, two bath, two kitchens. Very clean, modern, comfortable beds, nicely furnished, near town, helpful staff. It was very nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Loved the fact that we got our tickets for the shows, and they were great seats. Stayed in a one bedroom, which we liked because it give space to still do work or just relax without having to sit on the bed. The service was great. The rooms were very comfortable. It was close to golf courses, the malls, and the strip for the shows. I loved the suites, they were so beautiful and comfortable. The price was very budget friendly. The location was awesome. Everything we needed was on sight. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes that we needed. The lay out of the rooms. Everything was in the room that I could possible need. Tastefully decorated. Staff was helpful liked the room. Very pretty. Good views and enjoyed most of everything. Room was spacious and very accommodating. A great place for the money, we will come back!. Neat, clean and well equipped. Towels,, linens and dishware were all well above average. The comfortable studio room with the kitchenette, couch, spacious bathroom sink counter. The desk where we bought tickets for the shows were very helpful and we got great seats. The location was close to town but not in town. The lake went right by the property. Rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Mini golf and lots of game options. The family oriented activities and proximity to local activities and entertainment. I liked the kitchen in the room, the proximity to the lake and the free mini golf. Good value, excellent accommodations, beautiful scenery, great air conditioner!. Rooms were clean, everything worked, very satisfied with customer service. Lots of choices for actitities,comfy room, amenities, design, price. Room was very clean and bed was very inviting and comfortable. I liked that everything at the resort was close together. it is a good place for the price and at a good location. It was close to the River and very well maintained. We liked the room layout and the river in the back. Atmosphere,price,pool,location, activities, space. The suite was spacious and great for our family. Plenty of activities for the whole family. Very nice rooms and economical. The staff was super friendly. The windows only had blinds and no curtains so we could not get the room as dark as we would have liked for sleeping. They left on all the lights that lighted up the walkways. I understand this is good for safety but this is another reason that curtains on the windows would have been nice. More towels would have been nice for 6 people, but I just washed them instead of having to call and get more. Also it would have been nice to have more workers to help to check in/out. There were 5 people in line when we checked out with only 1 person working. I finally just laid my keys on the desk and left. Or maybe give instructions to leave keys in the room or have a drop off box or something. Room was on the fourth floor, warm spring day and air conditioning would not cool room down. Thermostat was set to aow of 68 and it would not keep room cool enough. Had everything except a box of Kleenex. Tv channel print out was out of date, channel's were wrong on about 15% of it. Check out time was too early, 10:00 am in a very nice and comfortable suite? Maybe 12-1!. My son wanted to use the whirlpool bath in his bedroom and when he first turned it on all this black stuff came out of the jets. He emptied that water, started over and all was good. Some of the towels in my bathroom smelt like smoke or something, could not use a couple of them, really no big deal. I do not appreciate the hard sell of the timeshares. I do not want to be given a sales pitch over the phone and again at check in time. If I am interested in timeshares or tours then I will approach them and ask. I did not like that we did not have daily maid service. There really needs to be curtains on the bedroom windows so a person can sleep better.Also the tub faucet is not long enough to run water straight in to the tub without getting water all over the floor. there is nothing to say bad about the Fall Creek. The only complaint was the mattress was to soft made for a backache. The furniture was not comfortable at all for sitting back and watching tv or reading for that matter. The lighting wasn't great either for reading and the TVs were super nice but nobody watches tv in analog anymore, eapecially when you get used to hd. But that's our only complaint. Finding our building was a little difficult, but once we figured it out, we were okay. n/a. That we had to pay more for Wi-fi. My son was looking for the basketball court and could not find it. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit in. The jetted tub has seen better days, no way I would soak in it. The indoor pool area was not very clean. The pool was but not the walking area. Also, rollaway beds would be a good thing to have. Milk left in the fridge. Made me wonder how clean things were. The shower was very uncomfortable because of the extreme pressure of the showerhead. It actually hurt to take a shower. Nothing. nothing. No wifi available without AT&T connection. Outdoor pool small. Only one treadmill in fitness room. For what we paid, should have had free Wi-Fi. Lack of room service while there (cleaning room) and no free wifi. Our room was on the third floor, and no elevator. We had lots of luggage to haul upstairs. However, it was the only one left with 2 bedrooms. We managed and enjoyed our stay. Nothing. Floor creeked, construction nearby, no grill on deck. No curtains on the windows just shades that let in a ton of light. It was hard to enjoy the nice bed when the room was lit up like daytime all night. I had to finally put the extra covers over the windows so I could get some sleep. The windows were very dirty, hard to see out. It would have been nice to have had some form of room service after 5 days, We had to vacuum ourselves. Room outdated, cracked tiles in kitchen and bathroom can hurt feet, tub in bathroom did not look like a tub I would want to soak in. We were on the third floor with no elevator and have twins toddlers we had to haul up and down the stairs. The stairwell was dirty, had lots of spider webs and some broken glass. towel distribution for pool activities. Billing and check out. Should of included room service and a breakfast. The beds were to small... Nothing everything was great. Pursued via telemarketer and psuedo conciere to attend timeshare sales pitch. I simply wanted to book the room. Pillows were too firm. Water didn't get very hot.
