Staff was very nice, and the hotel/room itself was very modern yet cozy. Although a bit far from downtown, there is a T stop right outside so it is still very convenient to get to wherever you want to go.
Great value compared to bigger hotels in the city. Very accessible. Terrific comfort with all the facilities we needed. Staff are excellent. Thank you.

Good value for money and helpful lobby staff.
The downside of having close-by public transportation is that it can be a bit noisy at night, but honestly it didn't bother me at all, and my room was on the side closest to the trams.
A bit far from airport and downtown. Hair dryer was absent from my room. Front desk did not call back to advise they could not find a replacement before my cab arrived at 0430. Tough start to my day.
