Close proximity to Cal campus, very funky and old. Very low key, and mellow vibe. Adjacent to Berkeley above a curry shop. It is a family and friendly hotel. Close to Sporting event, eateries, and onsite parking was convenient. Very funky and old, no elevators. Tough for guests with mobility issues. The smell of curry permeates the whole place due to Indian restaurant at entrance.
