Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in. Guest will receive information regarding contacting Grand Leisure Travel in the paperwork sent, so attention is vital. The property charges a USD 250 refundable security deposit upon arrival. The deposit is refunded at check-out pending a damage inspection Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
