Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the best in Dubai. Breakfast was great and the room service menu we found an excellent selection and the food was delicious. Our apartment was so spacious and the facilities great. -

Staff were veryhelpful and hotel was very clean and great value for money - Service was excellent with clean rooms and helpfull staff.The restaurant had excellent meals with very attentive staff.

The service was very nice specially Jimmy the supervising bell man from Canada, actually someone you can talk to, makes you feel like your not that far from home. I hope he gets promoted to the front desk bacause they really need someone like him.

I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Great gym too. - Everything from when we arrived at the airport

luxe,schone apartementen direct aan zee. - We zijn 2.5 jaar geleden ook in de Tower geweest, het was toen net geopend. Service is hetzelfde, gewoon goed. Nu veel te beleven rond het hotel, zoals "the walk" en de verschillende restaurants. Erg goed en erg tevreden.
