The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

I loved the whole atmosphere of the Armani Hotel. The hospitality and great friendliness shown on arrival made us feel welcome and not just another guest. The pool area was fab, plus had a separate toddler area and play park. In toddler area they also had toddler toilets which were furnished to a high standard. Cannot fault the staff. They were highly attentive. Food was delicious. Room was lovely. Beautiful view across the race cours

Everything about the stay at the hotel was amazing... from location, luxury and the great service from all staff
There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...
I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...
