We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in dit hotel. Kamers waren ruim en
schoon, elke dag werd er schoongemaakt en schone handoeken/lakens.
Mensen van het hotel waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kunt er geld
wisselen en anders is er tegenover een hotel waar je kunt pinnen.
Er is een klein winkeltje aan t hotel waar je vanalles kunt kopen voor je
... wat mensen zeggen » boodschapjes. Dus toiletspullen kun j daar ook kopen, scheelt weer voor je koffer. En je kunt de prijzen vergelijken met Nederland, meestal zelfs iet -
Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Kamer zeer ruim (heerlijke
douche). Ondanks dat we vroeg in de ochtend aankwamen, kregen we
redelijk snel de kamers. Restaurant prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
Ligging iets buiten het centrum, maar metro is op circa 10 minuten lopen
en met de taxi ben je voor circa 4 euro bij de Emirates Hall. Gratis
shuttle naar het strand (1 x per dag).

It was an amazing property with some of the most state of the art
facilities adding to the comfort and luxury to the stay. The grand Hyatt
has paid attention to the finer details of hospitality that very few
other hotels provide in there class. From the time you check in to the

each and every single person at the hyatt was in providing the best they

Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.
