We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the
last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and

The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

Mooie en rustige kamers, Mooi zwembad, goede ligging om er met de goedkope stadsbus (a 40 cent) vanaf het airport te geraken; slechts 5 minuten lopen (groot voordeel omdat haast alle taxis altijd vol zitten in Dubai) - The cleanliness of the room. The fruit basket was nice on arrival. - The Hallmark is a nice hotel. The rooms are nice and clean.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and enough of everything. Though on Al Tawun street a busy street, the room was quite and my room was towards the road. Restaurant in the hotel is also very good and not expensive.

Well, the reception lady asked me to comment since I have been staying there alot and so here i am. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very very nice, and if you are an early bird, you would love one of those sea view rooms. Got free wifi and the rooms are equiped with all the requirements for your stay. No worries about parking. Have a spacious reception. I dont think anyone can ever regret staying at this hotel.

Service met een glimlach met het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam te allen tijde. Kamers luxe dus niet nodig om uit onderneming als roomservice een telefoontje verwijderd. I stayed at this hotel several times when it was called Landmark Suites. I always loved the location right by the beach, but the hotel was showing its age. Now under the new management, Ramada is making all the necessary repairs and replacement and cleaning it up very nicely. The price is good, staff are courteous and wifi is available everywhere in the hotel for free. I would love to visit again.
