  Nice friendly staff, generous sized apartment with nice bedrooms and en-suites. We stayed a week before Christmas and the staff put on a beautiful carol service in the lobby. We ate in the buffet restaurant and ordered room service while we were there, there was a good selection and something to keep everybody happy, which is not always the case w... wat mensen zeggen » ith three children.   Very kind hotel stuff!! Had a great time - Very nice polite helpful friendly staff, could not be better!Very clean ,Great location in the center of city as near all the shops food etc.Clean 5 star service .Very nice swimming pool on top of hotel. Not big, but very private not crowded.

  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!
