  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The whole ambiance of the hotel - scrupulously clean & beautiful.... wat mensen zeggen » The foyer was stunning & the lounges comfortable & relaxing. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

  WOOOOOWWWWW!! Wat een ontzettend mooi hotel!! En wat een service!! ONGELOFELIJK!! Je voelt je hier echt een koning of koningin. Alles wordt voor je geregeld vanaf het moment van aankomst. Helaas waren we hier maar 1 dag en moesten snel door het hotel heen. En de kamer was echt zo mooi!! Alles was op afstandsbediening, zelfs de gordijnen. Badkamer ... wat mensen zeggen » was ook echt te mooi en de bedden lagen echt heerlijk!! ´s avonds als de lichten aangaan is het net alsof je in een sprookje zit zo mooi!! WOW! Je wor - ideale ligging voor bezoeken aan Ferrari world, Yas Island enz.. goede restaurants en betaalbaar binnenin.

  Amazing, genuinely sincere service from every single member of staff we encountered, including Shayan on reception who went out of his way to find us poolside when our room was ready (although we had arrived ridiculously early, his attitude was unfailingly obliging), and concierge Karim who happily indulged our daughter's attempts to speak to him ... wat mensen zeggen » in Arabic. Very comfortable rooms, intuitive layout. The fact that it feels like a smaller boutique hotel than it evidently is - makes your stay feel - *Check in/out is peace of mind. *We v got the Mangrove view, it was so nice in the morning. *Room is clean & spacious bathroom & Bed is so comfortable. *Most Relaxing Pool music, You will fall asleep in their big pool chairs. *Breakfast in the room was something. *Staff is very friendly & attentive. *Pool area is slightly small but cozy & relaxing. *Hotel falls between Abu Dhabi city center & Yas Island. Strongly recommended for weekend relaxation.
