  De ligging, het prachtige uitzicht met strand en zwembad, mooie kamer en vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een kamer met zicht op de tuin geboekt, maar kregen bij aankomst gratis een upgrade naar een kamer met zeezicht en ook gratis internet. De foto's die je terugvindt op de site zijn echt niet gelogen, in het echt ziet alles er even mooi uit! Parking is ook makkelijk en gratis.

  Very kind hotel stuff!! Had a great time - Very nice polite helpful friendly staff, could not be better!Very clean ,Great location in the center of city as near all the shops food etc.Clean 5 star service .Very nice swimming pool on top of hotel. Not big, but very private not crowded.

  Service was first class - staff all welcoming & friendly & could not do enough to help - superb. Comfortable & large rooms with balcony facing the mosque. Beach facilities - always enough sunbeds plus unlimited iced water, cold towels & even sunglasses cleaned. The whole ambiance of the hotel - scrupulously clean & beautiful.... wat mensen zeggen » The foyer was stunning & the lounges comfortable & relaxing. The abras to the souk. - We stayed in the Horizon Club and were absolutely thrilled with all aspects of the hotel. The staff was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. The sight of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was breathtaking. I can only hope that construction will not block it in the future. Thank you to Cherry, Ramen and the management of the hotel for a beautiful experience!

  goeie check-in - I have stayed at the before which is why I chose the same. The service is brilliant plus I'm a big Hilton fan - The hotel provided superb value for money. We arrived early and were checked in immediately and offered breakfast without charge.   My husband and i went to St. Regis for his bday and we took our little daughter with us. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. There was not a single flaw in the service. The butler service was great. the beach was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. And ofcourse the food was really good. The amenities of the hotel were second to none and catered for a wide variety of travellers. Unfortunately we had ordered a sea side but did not get it.But we did'nt mind it as the comfort of the bed and the room just swept us away.T - Our rooms were upgraded at no cost, we were given the suite with living room, our family stay was pleasant. Me & my wife enjoyed the sundowners bar with cocktail drinks while the kids swam at the children's pool. Breakfast at Jing Asia was splendid.   I was not there for long as we only stayed one night but the room wasfantastic and so comfortable. THE staff were really nice and the glassof apple juice was just what we needed - It was Ramadan during my stay nevertheless quality of service was excellent .
