The staff made up of Vitaly, Lyudmila and Dmitriy were friendly, honest and professional. The apartment is situated on Independence Square and on the Khreshatik. Perfect location. Across the street is a shopping centre with a supermarket (like Coles/ Woolworths/ Safeway etc equivalent) in the bottom level. Combined with the kitchen and washing machine in each apartment this is a powerful boon to travelers who wish to pack light or are on a budget.

The managers were very helpful and friendly. They and the staff spoke decent English. The taxi drivers they hired were very friendly and spoke very good English. Plus, their rates were reasonable. My studio apartment was modern, comfortable, quiet and very secure. I also liked the fact they are located in a nice, busy part of the city.
