  When I arrived, there was a small mix up with the rooms but the staff were fantastic! They sorted everything out, they were very friendly, they gave me the room I expected which was very nicely decorated and in my view, the location is perfect to see and visit the sights of Kiev. 10 out of 10 to the staff! A hair dryer was missing in our apartments, so when we rang them to tell, they brought a new one straight away. Close to the old areas and look out areas , Parks , Beautiful Churches , and walk down the old Cobblestone street with Markets either side. After three days the house cleaner came to us to clean the flat.
