polite staff, good english, very helpful and reasonable price, good location for the centre and for the airport, excellent stay would go again. Nice, cozy and warm place to stay there, easy to artive, close to the metro station, staff help all the time, a good choice to stay in kharkov. New device, good price, most of the staff speak good English. The mattress was too soft, hard pillows.
