Arrived and greeted by Roy, very welcoming and friendly, showed us to our room (6&7) which was lovely with a view of the sea/pier. Stayed for two nights with my partner, for a rest bite without the children. Meet Margaret the first morning,as she was serving the delicious full english breakfast cooked by Roy. What a lovely couple. Plenty to do within surronding area, town only a 10 min walk away, seafront 1 min, with donkeys on the lovely sandy beach. Excellent welcome, checked in earlier than thought we could, room small but perfectly formed, bed was super comfy, breakfast was excellent and it was a 5 minute stroll to the sea and bars etc.
margaret and roy were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was superb. location was excellent for beach shops and theatre.all in all very enjoyable.
The welcome was good!! The breakfast was lovely!! Would stay there again. Very clean and had a good nights sleep.

parking was a bit difficult due to the victorian narrow streets but we found somewhere within walking distance car park was full near hotel.
only thing really was not a lot of milks for coffee tea,,also the bed was not very comty, other than that all very nice.

Room a bit cramped no need for king size bed , no chair to sit on , bathroom very small had to open door when on toilet , shelf over basin not really needed .
