  The friendly welcome and first class hospitality from hosts John and Avril, who could not have done more to make my short stay comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodation is excellent and the breakfast was a real treat - full English with all the trimmings and fresh local produce. Highly recommended! - Wonderful b&b clean , comfortable and v... wat mensen zeggen » ery friendly serving up an excellent breakfast. Exterior is beautifully arrayed in xmas lights showing guests they will be warmly welcomed. One of, if not the best b&b I have had the pleasure to stay in and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

  The location is ideal when I am working in the Scunthorpe, Immingham, Grimsby, Hull area.
