The family-run Sandway House is located in the seaside town of Torquay and its building dates back to 1875. It is centrally located and within half-a-mile of the sea front and both Torquay and Torre Rail Stations.
Rooms within Sandway House all come equipped with a flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries. The majority of the rooms feature an en suite bathroom with fresh towels. Ground floor rooms are also available.
Guests can take advantage of the varied breakfast menu offered each morning. They can choose from a full English breakfast, a choice of cereals or toast with marmalade and jam. Tea or coffee and fruit juice is also on offer.

No facilities available to seat and relax apart from the room and the bathroom was shared and not advertised previously.
I had to leave at 1130pm so didn't actually stay the whole night and asked for some orange juice or fruit and cereal to sub my breakfast. Negative response. Tea and coffee in room but no biscuits. I managed 2 hours sleep before leaving on a long journey..
