  This is the best B & B I have stayed at. Having looked around I preferred it to the local hotels. The owners go out of their way to make your stay a pleasure. Don't miss the superb locally sourced evening meals. Followed by a relaxing sit in the sun lounge overlooking the beach, available to guests all day. If I was within 50 miles of this pla... wat mensen zeggen » ce I would go out of my way to stay there again. A great experience. - My 5 night stay was 5 star. My room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable I have EVER slept in. The marine has the most wonderful setting with a superb view across thurso shore to scrabster harbour, Holborn head, Orkneys and dunned head. Thanks Karen & Richie for your helpfulness and the lovely breakfasts, my great start to perfect days. I will be visiting you again.

  Brilliantly friendly staff, clean rooms, fresh linen, and excellent location in the centre of town. The food provided for breakfast is very basic - cereals, milk, bread, and jam - and not of great quality, but it does the job. Recommended. - bathroom ok. free breakfast
