The room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of lovely home-made produce such as the warm breakfast muffins and jams. I loved having the option of fresh fruit, yogurt and honey for breakfast too. We both followed this with a great Full English with excellent sausages and bacon - full of taste and locally sourced.
alle beoordelingen » Very friendly owners, we were made to feel very welcome and at home. Facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean. As a veggie it is a luxury to have soya milk provided in the room and options for breakfast (which was excellent, as was the full English) We only stayed one night so didn't have time to use the spa facilities but would definately return for a longer stay and make use then. Everything! The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfasts were exceptional - particularly loved the smoked salmon and egg muffin. They were great with dietary requirements. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. And the location is near to the seafront yet very quiet. We will return!. A great B&B, there was a misunderstanding with our booking (completely my fault) which was resolved speedily and with courtesy. Rooms are clean and modern and we had the best B&B breakfast we've had for a long time. Free use of the hot tub is brilliant, would definitely stay again. Very friendly and helpful owners. Luxury room with gowns and slippers provided. Free use of Hot Tub in the garden. Bright modern surroundings. Beautifully cooked breakfast with a good choice. Onsite parking. What more would we have wanted from a B and B. Well done a 5* place. The ground floor small bar was very convenient for a late night drink and chat with other guests. A short walk to Swanage restaurants and shops. The hotel was beautifully decorated, had a welcoming and comfortable feel and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the hotel was well appointed and well run. There were enough parking spaces for each room to have one. Run by a very nice and accommodating couple. Room was emaculate and food was delicious. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. the view from the room, the breakfasts were very good nothing was any trouble for both david and dianne. Excellent food and service. Overall very pleased but if we had to say something it would be that although our room was described as small when we booked, it was very small, really a single room that has had a double bed squeezed into it. I felt that describing a not particularly large attic bedroom with no real view as a 'superior double' and charging £100 per night for it in June did not really live up to what the description on the web site had led us to expect - though we were still very comfortable. Nothing with the Haven B&B itself, but Swanage itself was a ghost town in the evening when we visited (mid April after Easter). Nothing. Nothing. That didn't stay longer. leaving to go home. Nothing. No shampoo. Nothkng!. Nothing in particular. Stairs. very difficult to use shower, along with water pressure, very limited heating in room despite very cold spell. rock hard bed, patronising host.
