The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. with disabled access for my parents, one family room for my brother, his
wife and two youg children plus a third for my husband and I. All rooms
had been allocated close together on ground floor. Noted how quiet it
was despite busy road and tram outside. Good parking. Restaurant very
good with plenty of choice and meal deals available including breakfast.
