  The lay out was good The facilities were good, we loved the cottage format with lounge and kitchen areas just a few some points to improve i.e. there was no milk or tea in the bedroom ( coffee and sugar) only this I am sure was a slip up The food was excellent The staff friendly A pleasant and quirky place and we will defiantly use this again whe... wat mensen zeggen » n in he area - Very large room recently refurbished Sept 2013. Very friendly & helpful owner who made us very welcome. The pub serves excellent food and great breakfasts.

  My wife and I stayed here for two nights when attending a wedding nearby and we absolutely loved it. This is the best B&B we have stayed in, everything is of superb quality, thoughtfully laid out and the location is beautiful. The owners are friendly and helpful, we stayed in the studio flat (which they kindly upgraded us to as it wasn't occup... wat mensen zeggen » ied) in an outbuilding and self catering but the house looked great too. As you might expect with such a great place it's a little more expensive than - Very friendly and charming hosts who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent with homegrown bacon, sausages and eggs and homemade bread. We also liked eating around the communal table as we chatted with a very nice couple who were also staying.
