The room and bathroom were large and the decor was very pretty--
unusually so. Big, modern, shower-tub combination. Everything was
spotless and very quiet. John Lakeman was so nice and helpful with
reservations, directions, and quickly mailed me something I'd left
behind. He even got up early to see me off. He is such a nice person and
had thought of absolutely everything-maps with bus stops, coffee, tea,
fruit bowl, cookies, candy and excellent toiletries. I'll definitely
stay with him again i. alle beoordelingen »
Bedroom was nicely decorated, and all bedding was spotless. The bathroom was a treat, you could really swing a cat in it. The owners John and Jill were very friendly, and John who had lived in Salisbury all his life had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area. which demonstrated on our tour of the city with him.
It was lovely, they were so welcoming and we only stayed for a night I wish I had booked two.
They kept in close contact prior to our visit and answered any questions I had quickly.
Our room was cozy and warm, beautifully decorated and homely.
We felt very relaxed and welcome.
Hosts Jill and John were delightfully engaging, making the stay seem like a visit to home. Nice decor, comfortable room and bed, great bathroom and good breakfast made for an enjoyable stay in Salisbury despite wet weather. Great location for exploring the city and shopping.
A lovely room, with fabulous en suite bathroom. Very comfortable. The
guest house was in a really convenient location for accessing the town
and local shops, attractions and restaurants. Jill and John were very
friendly and easy to talk to and made us feel very much at home.
Very clean and tidy room and establishment as a whole. Jill & John were very welcoming. It was extremely hot in the room because of the weather (around 28 degrees) but the fan in the room was a godsend. The heat was more bareable due to having a fan.
an awesome family hotel with just two rooms run by great couple that love the city and know everything about it.
It feels like home here.
BTW, the coach station is just 2 mins walk and the train station is in 15 mins.
location - clean - friendly - nice back yard - comfortable but a tight fit & up 2 flights of stairs - breakfast was very good, & it was good to have it as an option, not included.
Excellent facilities, clean and cosy room, tasty breakfast. Thanks to the Hosts for their hospitality! Very good place for those who come to Salisbury for sightseeing.
Very well placed in the centre of Salisbury. A B&B as it should be in a typical house with very friendly hosts! The loft room under the roof is a very comfy room!.
Friendly welcome. Very helpful and obliging. Very clean and comfortable room. Parking nearby. Quiet location but only 5 mins from city centre. Our best B&B ever.
Loft room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast provided by owners. Good value. Only 10mins walk to the cathedral and 5mins from the centre and restaurants.
Hill & John are fabulous hosts who run a very comfortable B&B. Easy walk to town centre and its amenities. Would highly recommend a stay here.
Generally excellent. I didnt have a mobile phone, so at arrival we had some difficulty to enter, but at the and everybody was happy.
Very nice little B&B. We had a pleasant stay and we'll definitely come back some day with more time on our hands.
Lovely hosts in this tiny (2 room) B&B.
Will certainly stay again next time we are in Salisbury.
Welcome, location quiet. easy access to the town. Easy parking in public car park, not expensive.
Lovely friendly owner most helpful. Easy walk to shops and Cathedral and other attractions.
The best situation, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful hosts, good price and quality.

Very friendly and pleasant place to stay.
large clean room with large bathroom.
Clean room, comfy bed, cheerful hosts.
Nice facilities and excellent hosts.
lovely hosts and nice room.
cozy, quiet and lovely.
The modern facilities.
Breakfast. Friendly.
Everything was perfect.
nothing.
This isn't something I didn't like but I think its something they should make more of a selling point. In our room there was a great big beautiful Jacuzzi bath and lovely posh shower!
I did take some pics and I will put them up shortly!.
We were running on a budget, so whilst the lovely room was well worth
the £65 per night, we were a little disappointed that breakfast was an
extra £8 per head on top of this as that is quite expensive. It was a
good breakfast, and other than that, we had a fantastic time there.
The boiler was a bit noisy but it didn't disturb us too much. :-).
everything was perfect.
sloped attic ceilings are a challenge for tall people, in the loft room.
If staying only 1 night, the parking opposite is quite expensive, although it's free if you arrive after 6pm and leave before 8am.
Nothing.
Nothing really.
Stair case to the top floor is a bit narrow but you get that in these older buildings.
if it is 50-55 pounds, then it would.be perfect.
Nothing-although the price on the e-mail was £55 and we were
charged £60.
nothing.
parking, bed not supportive enough.
It was all excellent.
The room was very hot and we didn't sleep much.
Pay for parking.
Whirlpool bath was not working.
