  Spent three nights in the Great Malvern Hotel. As others have said don't be put off by the look of the building.Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are of a good size and being redecorated at this time. Food is excellent all you can eat for breakfast. The bar gets lively most nights with entertainment good selection of real ales. The carpa... wat mensen zeggen » rk has only 8 spaces so it first come first served but the reception will put you wise to parking in the area no great problem.Central location for th - Jeremy was friendly, efficient and accommodating, the staff were all very efficient and friendly, the room was large and clean and bathroom was enormous. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
