  We arrived after climbing on Ben Nevis soaking wet and tired - very friendly and welcoming staff provided us with paper towels to dry our boots. In the morning fantastic Scottish breakfast was served, excellent guest house location and view! :) What was crucial for us - very convenient car park! Very good value for money! - Very nice and gentle s... wat mensen zeggen » taff. Place only a few minutes from the bus station and the centre of Portree. Nice view over the harbour. A small Co-op store in near. Together, we could solve the problem with the Internet-Problem ;-) Not solved was the problem with the corde for the ventilation inside the single room :-(

  Good comfortable accommodation. Very friendly and helpful owner, provided transport to and from ferry as I was on foot. Superb breakfast, really sets you up for the day. I had the room with a balcony offering tranquil views of Sandwick Bay.   Verwachting was niet hooggespannen. Kamer viel alleszins mee. - We reserved two rooms at the guest house, which is conveniently located near the ferry port at Stornoway. The rooms were large and spacious and well equipped. The guest house is obviously being redecorated, which will add to the value of the rooms. The breakfasts were excellent! And the staff and locals were very friendly! - we loved going into the little bakers/cafe for breakfast each morning. gave us a real taste of the island life so qaint.
