  Could not fault it for lovely staff, fantastic food, value for money, room was great although a little too much furniture for the size of room, lovely view of the gold course from the furnished terrace (bit cold to sit out in December ha!!) comfy bed and really slept well and unlike most hotels the room was not too hot so you could not sleep!! I b... wat mensen zeggen » ooked the hotel for me and my husband and 2 other couples for my birthday and it was the best!!!! - Room was excellent, with a massive bathroom! Bed was very comfortable. the room I stayed in was in one of the lodges- a very short walk away from the main hotel- they are single-floor, chalet style and are very quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast with a very wide variety of choice.

  De nachtportier reageerde adecuaat op geluisoverlast en bij aankomstkonden we onze bagage al achterlaten terwijl de kamer nog niet klaar wasdit was fijn - First class service, exceptionally clean, and oozing with comfort. Rooms were lovely, and an extra bonus to find a fridge hidden in a cupboard! Breakfast and service was excellent. Right in the heart of the town, so easy walking distance to a good selection of restaurants and bars. - I like the choice of facilities and the location is perfect forshoppers as it has a very large shopping centre just a five minute walkfrom the hotel with all the top high street shops. A very good stay andwell worth the money, I would defiantly book this hotel again. Thestaff were very friendly and have excellent service. Over all I verymuch enjoyed my stay.

  Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk - At the time I stayed at the hotel they were in the process of redecorating the main hall and most of the bedrooms. However, this work was being carried out in a manor that did not disturb the guests. My room was very nice, clean and well presented. Nice large screen TV with freeview so plenty of channels to... wat mensen zeggen » choose from. I was able to use my wireless laptop (via BT openzone) which was useful. My only criticism is that there were no spare toilet rolls in the bathroom. - Professional flexible and helpful staff, who made organising our stay(which included a funeral 'reception') easy and stress-free. Good menufor borh breakfast and evening meal.
