  In one sentence, you really could not ask for more from a B&B. I travel a lot and have stayed at at least 30 different B&Bs in Britain. By leaps and bounds, this one was by far the best (well there was one other near Leeds, I might put in the same league, and wouldn't want to offend). It is run by a very warm and friendly couple. In every area, - As 2 mature gay married women, Tina & Graham were 2 of the {but professional} most friendly & sincere people one could possibly meet. Nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast was fresh and varied. The facilities were superb. A beautiful garden one could sit in, with again, many various areas to do so. If you wanted privacy it was provided.We travelled by bus from Glasgow, direct and took 17 minutes and dropped us right outside of Azalea house. So real happy with that. If you do

The range and quality of the facilities were fantastic, the staff could not have been nicer, the whole place was immaculate and the atmosphere around the whole resort was lovely and relaxing. It was our visit to Arran and on our next one, we will definitely be staying at the Auchrannie again! - The location was perfect, all the staff were so friendly,polite and helpful., very well run.   The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although we both prefer a bath the shower was excellent. We liked the cocktail menu and range of rums. - Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was nice and quite at night so allowed for a great nights sleep. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch too.

Much better than most places in Helensburgh. Of course the breakfest was also very good, served in a dining room, with a lovely see. - A real find. Wonderful; building sympathetically restored. Staff friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly proud of their surroundings. Our room (no. 2) was lovely, contemporary furnishings complimenting the period features very well indeed. Bathroom a little small, but, given the building's constraints, this was entirely understandable.

A stroll along the beach in the afternoon, then a swim in the Spa - and Dinner in the Evening - just perfect.
