  Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a family room. The rooms were spacious even with the extra single bed brought into the room. The full size bed was very large and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom featured bath/shower. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Edinburgh. It was also nice enjoy the outside patio area since the weather was nice. - Cleanliness and reliability: We can rely on the standard being the same everywhere and for a very reasonable price (we are retired and 1 of us disabled).   I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities provided. All staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous, both reception and domestic. The Harvester restaurant could not have been handier and I had no complaints at all with the food available. Overall - excellent. - The room was spotless and very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too, a good variety and eggs to order. Laura on reception was genuinely helpful and a pleasure to have as the first person you meet when you come into this premier Inn. Premier Inn Euston could learn a lot from this level of genuine customer service. Well done Laura, you have restored my faith in Premier Inn.

  For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early. The location is right on the bus line and the foot path to the Falkirk Wheel runs right behind the attached restaurant. Staff were great and very helpful. Great location, quiet and so relaxing. The room (#8) was huge with very comfortable superking four poster bed and lovely bathroom with clawfoot bath and separate modern shower. The food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious.
