  Very friendly and helpful staff overall. Iron/ironing board in room! Hair drier and safe in room. Can adjust room temperature yourself. Good room service - nice food and not too pricey. Pleasant dining room and lounge areas. We enjoyed our stay (self and elderly mother). Adjusted our booking to take account of our altered needs. Postponed a bookin... wat mensen zeggen » g that they were within their right to cancel so that we would not lose our money - excellent service! - We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.
