I'm on gluten free diet - had no problems whatsoever. The chef even amended the Valentine's Day menu in the Grill Room. All the staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooftop hyropool was wonderful. - The upgrade to our room was very comfortable and appreciated. The staff were all very helpfull and friendly.

Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through
letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so
attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room.
The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added
extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers. We
also had a massage each in the spa centre which was fantastic. The
location is more than you could ask for- everything on the doorstep!!

Het hotel heeft een 'concierge' die je helpt met alle vragen, adviseert bij de keuze voor goede restaurants en bars en excursies, zelfs de menu's van diverse restaurants in de stad paraat heeft en desgevraagd voor je reserveert en de route wijst. Parkeerplaats voor de deur, snelle checkin, ook bij weggaan. Zeer gunstig gelegen nabij de luchthaven en autoverhuurplaats. Ik had op de site gelezen dat het incl.engels ontbijt was, maar wij konden gratis van het continental ontbijtbuffet gebruik maken. - vriendelijk personeel, schoon hotel, veel voorzieningen voor luchthaven hotel

The apartment space was luxurious, comfortable, very well thought out and utilised - with modern open-plan living in mind, balcony with fold back door to seamlessly bring the outside space in, serviced to a high standard daily; friendly and very helpful staff. Very central location at the 'Lawnmarket' on the 'Royal Mile' in the Old Town, in the shadow of the castle itself - great for sight- seeing most within a very short walking distance and only a short bus ride to others.
