Everything suited us and we felt very comfortable and welcome from the time we arrived. Hostess takes care of guests and very warm and friendly. Felt like home. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We were allowed to use the whole house and garden. Through the hosterss we met new friends too.

letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so
attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room.
The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added
extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers. We
also had a massage each in the spa centre which was fantastic. The
location is more than you could ask for- everything on the doorstep!!

Rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Parking was great too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definately use this apartment/hotel complex again. - The apartment was lovely, and the staff were very helpful, allowing is into our rooms early so that we could get ready for a wedding. I made several calls prior the trip to ensure that we could get a high chair and cot for our baby and the staff remembered me and were very friendly.

There is NO better place to stay. The staff is simply wonderful... Especially Harvey! This is the most ideal location.. You are by everything! It made my hop on hop off tour kind of pointless because of the fact you are that close to everything...and the flats were fantastic!! The one on Blair st is updated and a bit modern while the ones on High

1) Location for sight-seeing.
2) Facilities included kitchen and washing machine in apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for its purpose as a travel accommodation.
3) Separate bedroom, so if you travel with someone whose sleep schedule is different than yours, they will not have to wake you up.
I don't know how much the company will accommodate your request, such as for a quiet apartment, but they supposedly do have different properties under their management, so it's worthwhile to ask.

The apartment itself is very large, sleek and modern and there is a lift in the building. It is less than a full block off of High Street and easy walking distance to Edinburgh and Holyrood Castles. For tourists the location couldn't be better. -

The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. Soft leather chairs and twinkly lights. The room was excellent with quality fittings and nights sleep. No noise at all through to the room and it was Christmas party time.
Continental breakfast was really wholesome so much so that my husband didn't miss his usual cooked breakfast.

The hotel is an excellent example of how to restore an old building (with history) into a very comfortable & friendly place to stay. We found the staff to be very helpful & welcoming. The dinning experience in the restaurant could not be faulted.
I liked the idea of the room names (but would have liked the names to have some relation to the buildings history).

The caretaker, Rachel, is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the fact that we could park the car safely on site - a rarity this close to the centre of Edinburgh. The studio was spacious, clean and bright. Rachel was absolutely lovely
and helpful. The location was superb, with public transportation to go
anywhere. I honestly couldn't say enough about how staying at such
a lovely place added to our wonderful Scotland visit! My family plans
