A most comfortable guest house and spotlessly clean. We were warmly welcomed and immediately given a cup of tea on arrival. The superior double room was beautifully furnished with a spacious bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities, even wineglasses and a corkscrew were provided. Rooms of a very good standard especially the largest of the rooms, with great balcony and masses of space. The Proprietor was so helpful and friendly. She collected me from the ferry and gave me a lovely cup of tea on arrival. The bedroom was very comfortable, with a well-lit desk to work at. The bathroom had a huge bath and a separate shower. The toiletries were luxurious White Company, and the towels, bathrobe and sheets were also of a very high quality. Breakfast was cooked to perfection with locally sourced food. I would definitely recommend this up-market B+B.

The Hotel was furnished well and very comfortable, lovely gardens to relax in if the weather was good and a very nice heated indoor pool. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice and plenty of it. This was a second visit because we loved it so much the first time. Location is wonderful - quiet and peaceful with the lovely uncrowded beach at Totland easily accessible. Easy to get the bus from Yarmouth and to travel round the island. The hotel is extremely comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfasts are delicious - the best poached eggs ever- and the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful.
