  The hotel was lovely and full of character. Our room was great, very clean and had a lovely view of the water. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room had another lovely view out to sea. All well maintained. Yarmouth was a lot smaller than thought. We brought the car over with us which we were thankful for as you would need ... wat mensen zeggen » to go further afield for other attractions. But the hotel was great and we would definitely stay here again as long as the car came with us! :) - This hotel is fabulous. Very clean, beautiful linen on super comfy beds, and lots of lovely touches. Big China mugs and a teapot, soft dressing gowns, useful stash of "forgotten to pack" items, iron, mineral water and a little box of mints. I didn't eat breakfast, but others who did said it was very good. My evening meal was excellent although a bit expensive.

  The hotel / pub was excellent. We stayed in room 5 which overlooks the sea views. The room was large and had everything you would need for a short stay. We eat both nights in the bar and the food was good at reasonable prices. Breakfast was so good, one of the best we have eaten in the many many stays at hotels throughout the Uk. Well done to all ... wat mensen zeggen » at the hotel and keep up the good work. The hotel is in Chale very close to Blackgang Chines. If you like to go on walks along the cliffs and come bac - I really liked all of the lovely friendly staff especially the manager she was absolutely lovely and really made us welcome I wished we were staying longer at that point , they were amazing with my daughter and my boyfriends son and great with our dog. Really understanding.

  The staff were very friendly, and the room was excellent. The breakfast was plentyful with super views. We had a puncture in our bike, which the owner assisted us with. Great service.   The Eversley is a very clean, tidy and well looked after hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The various lounge areas felt particularly relaxing and makes it very easy to socialise with the other guests or find a more secluded area if one so desired. We loved the breakfasts. We liked the way you go for a stroll on the cliff-tops... wat mensen zeggen » from the back entrance situated on the second floor! Some day I would like to stay at this hotel again. - We were offered an upgrade on arrival to a premium room at a attractive price that was well worth it as the room was my larger and had a very comfy sofa. Staff were very friendly and wanted to help. Location was very good and only a short drive to the beech, easily walkable but would be uphill on way back. Will stay again if we go back to the Isle of Wight.

  The shower was lovely and powerful and the bathrooms very clean and well-stocked as we forgot shower gel! The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home! And the style of the rooms made it feel special and cosy, at a great price. Breakfast was also lovely and very generous portions, with the staff offering plenty of coffee and ... wat mensen zeggen » tea. I would definitely stay there again. - The food was absolutely incredible. It is quite rare to have such consistently good pub food - every meal was absolutely delicious! We didn't eat anywhere else. The room was incredibly cosy - with an extremely comfortable bed.

Food was excellently presented & close to fine dining.   We stayed here 3 times in recent weeks with a sick relative in hospital on the island. The staff were exceptional, very caring, compassionate and helpful. The cottage was warm, spacious, very well equipped and had lovely comfy beds. It was quiet & well-situated for getting around the Island with bus stop and supermarket just outside. Just what... wat mensen zeggen » we needed at the time. Thank you. - We loved the cottage, the cleanliness and facilities inside the cottage. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Fresh linen, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and a great ambience. W e would love to go back. Would highly recommend this place for families and even for couples. Great value for money. 5 stars for price, facilities and comfort.
