  the friendliness of the director...simply great. The hotel is very clean, central, beautiful Victorian style and amazing views. - The privacy and how friendly the management and staff were on contact. THe rooms were wonderful and the facilities great.

  The Executive double room was large and comfortable. I usually stay in an Atrium room at this hotel but that option wasn't available via letsbookhotel.com - but I was happy with the allocated room. Sometimes Atrium rooms are a bit noisy (it's an open plan arrangement so if someone else has their balcony door open and the tv playing loudly, the noi... wat mensen zeggen » se spreads around) but that was not a problem in this room. - Food was excellent including the 2 restaurants attached to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful which gives the whole place a happy atmosphere. Lovely touch also of being able to have fresh milk for your tea and coffee in the room and bottled water too.

  I spent a considerable period of time researching accommodation options for my 4 night business trip to Douglas. This absolutley fitted the bill. Excellent location (shops/business hub), easy access (arrival arrangements - arrived 2230hours - were superb) and the apartment met every requirement. Outstanding facilities and so very comfortable. ... wat mensen zeggen » Would definitley stay again and would highly recommend this facility. - every thing you need is catered for, well thought through venue. Our only regret is that we couldn't of stopped longer. Thank you for a very comfortable stay - Everything was fantastic, we enjoyed it a lot and we definitely would stay there again!
