  Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. We stayed there 3 separate times and they remembere - The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day.   We spent one night with our daughter in a Drayton Court Hotel. 2 minutes walk from the West Ealing railway station (Closed on Sunday), Zone 3 Oyster can be used. The Hotel was safe and clean. We liked the design and the quality of the materials used for the interior.   I like the fact that check in was effortless, we had just had a long stressful journey and when we got to the hotel everything fell into place.
