  Great location!!!! With excellent staff, very friendly and knowledgeableabout the area. We had a lovely aperitif in the terrace overlooking thepark ( I guess the only one on Park Lane) followed by a fabulous dinnerin bord’ eaux restaurant, the meal served was really outstanding.   This was absolutely the most comfortable bed either of us has ever slept in. Seriously, it was the greatest bed of all time. We loved the wet room shower! Very cool. Our room was very quiet, we didn't hear a peep the whole stay and we even slept with the windows open. The decor is fabulous as well.   Everything about the Charlotte Street Hotel impressed us - the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were excellent, and the room was perfect. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the trip even more special. It is by far my most favourite luxury hotel, and is comparable to excellent American hotels. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st. The apartement was very bright, as there were 'roof to floor' windows, with sliding doors in both bedrooms and livingroom. Free wifi was perfect.   We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! It was also conveniently close to food stores and the overground station (literally 2 minutes away).The people running the place were extremely friendly and helpful.   Nice, modern apartment. Less than ten minutes by feet from the Central line of the tube, 1 minute from the bus stop. The staff is kind and efficient. There are always people in the surroundings streets, at every hour of the day and of the night. It's updated and most facilities were available. Sofa bed was a good size. The manager was very helpful.

The hotel is in a beautiful building and our gallery suite was superb. The service was excellent and understated. The staff was kind and efficient. Complimentary wi-fi was a nice facility that you cannot find free in many hotels of this standard in London. Rooms were fairly large enough to stay and relax.
